MY Journey thus far

“Experiences are the currency of life!”

I’m passionate about creating memorable experiences, no matter how big or small, for customers/users through the mediums of media and technology. Currently, I am a MBA Candidate at the University of Virginia with an expected graduation date of May 2023.

My professional background thus far has been centered around customer experiences: starting in pre-sales as an Account Development Representative at Aera Technology, post-sales in multiple Client Success roles at Indeed.com, and most recently in customer experience strategy at HBO Max. Looking ahead, I am interested in working in either the media or technology industries in roles that allow me to make high-impact decisions that lead to amazing consumer experiences.

When I’m not working, you can find me getting some exercise, watching any one of my favorite sport teams (Lakers, Steelers, Dodgers), binging my latest favorite TV show, reading a book, or spending time with family and friends.
